Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Genix Entertainment (“Genix”, “we”, “our”), a brand of ZENPULSE ENTERTAINMENT LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Performance Growth Services

Genix delivers strategic digital advertising, landing page development, CRM automation, and marketing consultancy. Specific service deliverables, fee structures, and milestone commitments are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed with each client.

3. Intellectual Property & Ad Accounts

Clients retain 100% ownership of their advertising accounts, domain registrations, and proprietary customer data. Genix retains ownership of proprietary agency frameworks, custom script libraries, and internal SOP templates unless expressly transferred in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Genix applies industry-leading optimization techniques and documented growth systems, digital advertising performance is subject to platform auction dynamics, seasonality, and third-party platform algorithm changes.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
